  1. Hee! I just picked a post at random and thoroughly enjoyed “My Daddy and 75 Cents.” I'll have to catch up on all of the “Daddy” posts and videos, because that one was hilarious. Happy Father's Day to your dad. I miss mine very much. He would've loved the 75 Cents story!

That's also one of my favourite stories after Daddy and the Spider.

My parents are the same when it comes to money – at first it's 'about the money' but when they realize the ridiculousness – they point out the 'poor customer service'

  3. Awakeinroch says:

Thank god your dad isn't afraid to kill spiders. 😉 Hope he has a great fathers day. And you have fun too!

  4. Aw. Thanks JD.
My father is such a character. And, he sure likes to prove a point!
The story about him and 75 cents is one of my VERY favorites!

  5. Jaffer, as you know that post was NEVER about the money!
It was all about The Principal!
    🙂

    Or hair clips!

  7. Mike says:

OMG, “My Daddy and 75 Cents”. I know that scene all too well. I can see my dad yelling “it's the principle!” while jabbing an index finger into the kitchen table. However, major kudos to your dad for following through with his payback. Or non-pay back. You know what I mean!

Also, “Wait! Isn't That…” Is brilliant. Slayed me!

  8. Selma says:

Happy Father's Day Tony Bennett. You are awesome and very handsome in your lovely white shirt!

  9. Thanks Mike! My father REALLY signed Autographs in Coloroado!

  10. Anne says:

I hope your dad had an amazing father's day! You are so lucky to have him around.

  11. Gina says:

Since I don't have a dad to say Happy Father's Day too, I'll say it to yours.

Happy Father's Day Meleah's dad! You have a fantastic daughter! Well done!

  12. Aw. We can share my daddy! He's awesome.

  13. What a stunning looking man! I mean, for reals! All your girlfriends probably drooled over him!

  14. That's my own personal Tony Bennett!

Happy Father’s Day to your Dad!!

I read the first story about the spider…. OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!! I feel like I just bonded with you lol.

I got bit by a brown recluse spider IN MY BED when I was in college. I have a ton of stories of spiders since then… There was a wolf spider in my kitchen one time; one time I took a kleenex out of the box and the next thing I know there is a spider on my face; I woke up from a nap and a spider was crawling on my bed about 6 inches from my face; another time I woke up from a nap on the sofa and there was a spider about a foot away from my face on the wall…another time I pulled back the shower curtain in our apt. and there was a HUGE ASS BIG BLACK SPIDER in there. and it goes on and on….. Though my spider bite wasn’t as bad as yours, I am terrified every time I see a spider. I feel your pain!
