The Flu

Well, now that I am home from vacationI am sick.

I climbed into bed on Sunday evening and I haven’t been able to get out of bed ever since. I have a fever of 102, a runny nose, a cough, and I am exhausted. I think I have The Flu.

  • The town I spent the most time in was Cranbury (soon after known as CRUDbury). We have 2 other buildings in Monroe township – about 5 miles away from the main one. Don’t know if you know where it’s at, but that was it. 30 minutes south of (ahem – ARMPIT) Newark and 30 minutes north of (ahem – worse armpit than Newark) Trenton. Hopefully you live closer to the shore – that’s the saving grace of Jersey, if you ask simple old me… 🙂

I am slightly concerned, because I feel like I did when I had mono. I am sofa king tired, I have to sleep a lot, and the littlest thing just drains me completely. I suppose I need to break down and call my doctor!

    Debo Hobo:
    Will do! Will do!

    I grew UP in Monroe.
I know EXACTLY where that is…

    Shoot me an email?

  • Done. You’ve got mail!!! 🙂

  • Hope you feel better soon! 🙁

  • I feel for you, I’m sick too. Hope you’re feeling better soon.

  • Oh you poor darling. As a guy who recently just recovered from a viral fever (103 fever for 2 straight days) I can feel your suffering. Drink plenty of warm water, soup & maybe some peppered coffee.

  • Awe Meleah Rebecca, that stinks out loud. I hope that you are feeling better by now.

I know you were sick too. Hoping YOU are feeling up to your witty bloggy self again

    I was a fluid drinking/having fool.

I do feel better, but still very tired.
