“Take Me As I Am.” Which is my theme song for my life.
Someone told me to, “Embrace being you, it’s awesome!!!”
So, I’m trying to STOP “hating on me” all the time. This was a BIG step for me!
No, it’s just that another song came to mind to me. It’s title isn’t “Take Me As I Am” but that is the first line of the song, so I’ve come to associate “Take Me As I Am” with that song rather than your song.
Oh, the song I was thinking of was “Will You Still Love Me” by Chicago which was their first hit (in 1986) after the departure of Peter Cetera.
