You are right about employee self evals, that must be a univeral issue at all copanies. We are doing a survey here and I warned my boss that it will backfire….we’ll see. Its like saying “tell us whats wrong and then we will ignore you and not fix it and you can be even more pissed off”

Capri. Yes! I loved it there. And you can take the traiin north and come to visit me in Vernazza in Cinque Terre where I’ll be living and tending to my little garden of grape vines and lemon trees. We’ll be all Italianoed by the end of it.
YaY! Nice job. I’m officially adopting Sofa King as one of my frequent fliers. It could replace a few of my raunchy ones. People would wipe their brows in relief. And I would LOVE to live on Capri. So beautiful. I have a book I need to finish, too. When the hell will we find time to do that? Hell, the J.O.B. is cutting into my blogging time. I still can’t figure out how you get all this done.
