I use iMovie 07 to create all my movies. (yes a mac program!) I used an effect under the transitions tab called 'flash' but getting the timing to go with the beat of the music was a little challenging!

Truly fantastic. My fave shot is all the Meleahs. Really, your talent is wasted sitting behind a desk. I think you should send this to Steve Jobs ASAP. This is as good as any of the Apple ads I've seen. I haven't laughed so much in ages. I love my Powerbook too. Someone asked me the other day what I would save in the event of a fire. I didn't hesitate - 'My Mac,' I said. I am going to let as many people as possible I know about this. It really is oustanding!!!!

My friend Jen Rinaldi did it.

I had to sit in a million different positions without over-lapping an 'invisible meleah' from a previous shot while changing outfits in-bewteen. That photo took at least 3 hours between getting the different shots and the editing she had to do to superimpose me over and over.

LOVED IT! And I completely know how long it takes. That's what keeps me from doing it. UGH. But so worth it when you're done, huh? You know I'm passionate about my Mac, too, but can't exactly lug mine around anymore. I went from the very first iBook, to the MacBook, and now my humongous iMac. It does go up and down the stairs when I need it to and I always feel like a dork when I do that, but hey! Sometimes, I just have to have it near me, right? So far, I've converted my sister and my mother to Mac, I'm close to getting my second son there, and OMG, my husbink is thinking about an iPhone. YES. World domination is coming soon.

This little video some how took on a life of its own.

This little video started out as a simple joke at the dinner table with my mom & dad. The Parents were talking about how I am still single, and NOT dating. I explained to them I didn’t ‘want’ a man, or to actively date right now, because I don’t want to be distracted from writing my book.

And then, we joked about how I am practically dating my Apple Computer. And that’s when the theme song for this little video popped into my head.

It was ‘GAME ON’ from that point.

I started thinking of a few ideas when I noticed how many pictures I have of MYSELF with MY Apple Computer. So, I began to create a tiny, cutesy, just for me slide show of those photos. But then…I started editing, and that’s when things started to get out of hand.

I went crazy with respects to the timing of the photos to the music. I spent hours choosing LYRIC SPECIFIC images. This little video was no longer just a slide show.

When I showed this little video to my friends: Tiffany, Jen Rinaldi and the bartender at the country club where I go all the time, they flipped out over it. They each had their own crazy ideas to add to this little video.

Jen Rinaldi is a professional photographer, and that’s when we decided to go to her house for a real ‘photo shoot’. We spent 8 million hours taking and editing more photos and coming up with funnier things.

And then I ran with that!!

And that’s how this 3 minute little video tuned into a 40+ hour movie production.

This little video happened ‘By The Seat Of My Pants’ and spontaneously. And snowballed, and grew, and I haven’t slept since I cant remember, so I am over using the word “AND” excessively.
